A portable battery powered PA for ceremony/outdoors
Professional PA sound, stage lighting for reception and a wireless microphone for speeches
Up to 2 hour travel time
Package Exclusions:
$50 per hour of additional travel
Accommodation is required for weddings outside of South-East QLD
$250 per song required to learn
Duo/Trio entertainment (contact for an additional quote)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
50% non-refundable deposit of full amount required to secure booking.
Remainder of full amount due 30 days prior to the event. Once paid, this balance is non-refundable.
Payment via bank transfer/PAY ID/Osko preferred.
While refunds are not available for cancellations, I am happy to discuss special circumstances around postponements/factors out of your control that may affect the event, where possible :)
ACCOMMODATION
'Travel expenses' quoted above do not include cost of accommodation, as this is usually not required for events within 1 hour of Brisbane. For events outside this radius I may require accommodation, the cost of which can vary greatly based on location.
For 'location weddings' where the wedding party/guests are staying onsite or in a group booking nearby, it would be appreciated if a room/bed could be provided for the night - I'm not fussy, anywhere I can bunk is fine by me!
If a room can't be provided, I will discuss options with you before I take your deposit. :)
MEALS
It would be appreciated if a meal/soft drink could be provided at the reception, but not required.
INSURANCE
I have full public liability insurance and can provide details of this to the venue if required.
If the venue requires vendors to have current test & tagged equipment please advise prior to the event so I can be sure everything is up to date as per their requirements.
